چکیده

Abstract This study was to investigate whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and saffron aqueous extract (SAE) would provide a synergistic effect improve tumor volume reduction also modulate pro- anti-apoptotic protein expression in tissue of 4T1 breast cancer-bearing mice. Female mice following induction cancer through injection cell lines were randomly divided into four groups: (1) HIIT, (2) SAE, (3) HIIT+ (4) control. The significantly lower the HIIT+SAE groups than controls. level caspase-3 HIIT SAE higher control groups. Bax group showed Bcl-2 vs. both Finally, ratio Bax/Bcl-2 These findings indicate that combination interventions does not apoptotic tissue, while treatments may mediate pathway as evinced by elevated levels during progression

Decreased Liver Tissue Wasting following High-Intensity Interval Training through Apoptosis Signaling Suppression in Breast Tumor–Bearing Female Mice

Introduction: Cachexia is a cancer complication that is associated with increased weight loss. Apoptosis has been known as one of the tissue-wasting pathways that cause weight loss and multiple organ failure in cancer-related cachexia. Various factors, including exercise training, can be effective in the reduction of cancer cachexia. In the present study, the effect of four weeks of high-intens...

Effect of Interval Training on the Expression of Mesenchymal Biomarker Vimentin and Tumor Volume in Mice with Breast Cancer

Introduction Many deaths from cancer are due to metastases, a process which involves the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). On the other hand, regular exercise plays an important role in inhibiting the progression of breast cancer. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of interval training on the expression of VIM, the gene encoding for EMT biomarker viment...

High Intensity Interval Training Increases Natural Killer Cell Number and Function in Obese Breast Cancer-challenged Mice and Obese Women

High intensity interval training (HIIT) boosts natural killer (NK) cell number and activity in normal weight breast cancer patients; however, whether this occurs in obese individuals is not well established. The goal of this study was to determine whether HIIT effectively boosts NK cells as a therapeutic strategy against breast cancer in an obese mouse model and in overweight/obese women. Diet ...

Effects of 12 Weeks of Aerobic Exercise (High-Intensity Interval Training or Moderate Intensity Continuous Training) with and without Blood Flow Restriction on Anthropometric Indices in Women with Cardiotoxicity after Breast Cancer Treatment

Introduction: Cardiotoxicity is an unavoidable complication after chemotherapy. The present study investigated the effect of 12 weeks of aerobic exercise (high-intensity interval training or moderate-intensity continuous training) with and without blood flow restriction on some anthropometric indices in women with breast cancer who had chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity. Methods: Twenty breas...

Effect of High-Intensity Interval Training and Crocin on Hematological Parameters in Doxorubicin-Induced Male Rats

Background: Doxorubicin (DOX) is an anthracyclines antibiotic and is one of the most effective antitumor drugs. However, using this drug is associated with poisoning of healthy tissues. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in hematological parameters of male rats exposed to doxorubicin after eight weeks of high-intensity interval training and crocin consumption. Materials a...
